A 5-Month Intensive to Explore the Spiritual Dimension of Healing Individual, Ancestral, and Collective Trauma and Wounding

An Invitation from Thomas Hübl

Dear Friends,

I want to invite you to join me in an all-new 5-month immersive program called The Spiritual Healing Journey where we will explore how the spiritual dimension plays an integral role in all types of healing, including individual, ancestral, and collective trauma.

In every type of trauma where there is an inappropriate relationship, we see an underlying spiritual component that is present and often gets overlooked or ignored. Inside this new course, we will help you to connect your spiritual path to trauma healing and if you work with clients, also help you to see how it can be used as a resource in sessions.

The other major theme includes the effects of trauma in spiritual contexts such as religious institutions, spiritual communities, and larger societal movements such as the suppression of feminine spirituality in patriarchal structures. These types of spiritual traumas directly affect a person’s inner compass and sense of trust in the world.

For the most part, as a society we have not yet addressed how to heal spiritual trauma. This is why it’s an especially important type of trauma to look at because many have been impacted personally and because it has been so prevalent throughout history.

Spiritual traumas inherently need deep ethical restoration. Sometimes spirituality becomes a bypass when a person doesn’t want to face their own healing. Yet the spiritual dimension teaches us about how to deeply restore ethics so that our innate self-healing mechanism, the fabric of life, can be reactivated again, to return us to wholeness.

Here’s an overview of the 5-month curriculum and of our 10 LIVE sessions:

Session 1: Building a Framework for Spiritual Healing

Session 2: Pathways and Practices to Create a Direct Connection

Session 3: The Spiritual Dimension of Healing Individual Trauma

Session 4: The Spiritual Dimension of Healing Trauma at the Ancestral Level

Session 5: The Spiritual Dimension of Healing Trauma at the Collective Level

Session 6: Creating Ethical Restoration and Soul-Aligned Solutions

Session 7: Reawakening Our Spiritual Connection with the Earth and All Living Beings

Session 8: Special Application – The Meeting of Psychotherapy and Spirituality

Session 9: Special Application – Science, Mysticism, and Spirituality

Session 10: Embracing the Spiritual Journey and Stewardship of the Soul

This course will be experiential in nature and you will receive practices, frameworks, and explore specific topics as a group as well as bring in guest experts at the forefront of this field.

In each session, you will also receive guided meditations to create a stronger connection to our higher sources of wisdom.

This is an important program for all therapists, coaches, consultants, educators, medical professionals, alternative healing practitioners, and anyone wanting to fully understand their own Spiritual Healing Journey.

I invite you to join me and the community for this unique program today.

In appreciation,

Thomas Hübl

Founder, The Academy of Inner Science

“The reason that the topic of spirit has been charged and controlled for thousands of years is because it’s the real power outlet of humanity.”

What is The Spiritual Healing Journey?

Ancestral healing is the deep inquiry into the unfinished and unintegrated aspects of our ancestors’ lives that they turned away from, or simply couldn’t process, and then handed over to us.

In our upcoming course we will explore the following questions:

Spiritual healing activates the connection to your own Spirit or Higher Self as a resource for yourself and for the work you do for others. It also means embodying core spiritual principles that act as an inner guidance system.

The Intersection of Trauma Healing, Psychotherapy, and Spiritual Practice

More and more, the role of spirituality in healing is being recognized and integrated in all types of fields: psychotherapy, addiction recovery, and medicine. Inside the program, we will look at how our spiritual journey can greatly influence our path of transformation and how we heal trauma and wounding.

When we start to see the importance of including the spiritual dimension, we can then pull information from the soul level as well as from our body and our roots. It is this unique combination that opens us up to new insights and can accelerate both our healing path and life journey.

Spirituality when not used as a bypass is a powerful resource we can call on to support us in our trauma work – and this is especially true for our clients.

This is also not connected to any particular religion or practice, but rather the recognition that we all have divine origins, that we are a soul having a human experience rather than the other way around.

Embodying Core Spiritual Principles

Within all religious or spiritual systems are universal principles that form the basis for ethical guidelines. These principles offer us a way to activate the natural inner guidance from our soul.

When we connect with and embody true ethics and universal law, then we don’t need to externalized rules because we will genuinely want to feel and live in alignment with these higher values.

During each of our 10 LIVE sessions in this program we’ll look at the following principles:

“A greater ethics of spirituality is simply learning to listen to the natural inner guidance from the Soul.”

BONUS #4

Video Teachings from the Conscious Healing Course and Principles of Collective Trauma Healing

These video teachings from the Conscious Healing Course and Principles of Collective Trauma Healing are an important addition to your healing resources toolkit.

Video Teaching 1: Cultivating Space

It’s essential to create the right environment for healing, and space is an essential component. Cultivating space allows us to contemplate, digest, detox, and bring awareness to address and heal collective trauma.

Video Teaching 2: Bringing Space, Energy, and Structure into Alignment

When our inside and our outside don’t feel fully synchronized, it’s hard to embody our purpose; we feel we have more potential than the way we live our life. This is why it’s important to bring space, energy, and structure into alignment.

Video Teaching 3: Training and Integrating the Scanner Function of Our Nervous System

Being together is the prerequisite for subtle capacities like presence. Presence creates synchronization and attunement. When a group tunes in with each other, they become a tremendous healing resource.

Video Teaching 4: Moving from Numbness and Absence to Presence

When we are hurt or traumatized, inner coherence is fragmented. Numbness is one symptom of trauma. Presencing and relational awareness are the remedies that create space for collective healing.

BONUS #5

Two Guided Meditations

Guided Meditation 1: The 3-Sync Practice

The 3-Sync is a foundational meditation in Thomas’ teachings, referring to the synchronization of mind, body, and emotions.

Guided Meditation 2: The Soul Meditation

In this powerful meditation, Thomas guides us to return to our breath and connect with our soul.
